It’s too easy to look everywhere and not find what you’re looking for. If you look at this moment right now whatever is happening the force the strength the hope the aspiration is there to be uncovered

If you look at a smile it is only the opposite quality of a frown. It’s just a line that’s either curved down words are upwards. The choice is in your hands in which way you will choose to put your energy of the muscles around your face either smiling upwards towards grace or smiling downwards towards complacency and complaining!

Often the Mein pulls you in places far away from where your body is in the present moment. Is this done because the mine wants to or you want to or the outside distractions are pulling on you? This is a meditation and reflection on the fact or the self reflection inquiry of is my mind really mind if I can’t control it all the time. It’s some thing yours if it’s out of control?
