Tonight we had Laura on the show who shared why she started gardening and about How it helps her mental health.

Gary is a head gardener in the cotswolds. Gary was talking about his story and why he started gardening and what he loves about gardening.

Lee was on the show tonight talking about how he started gardening and how he wants to get more kids into gardening. He also speaking openly about his own mental health and how the garden & gardening has helped his mental health.

Catherine is a very talented Author; who began writing ✍️ a book about allotments and how they can impact you and a community when her friend shared his story of why he got an allotment and she met some amazing allotmenteers who also shared their stories with her including myself.

Louise was our guests tonight who was speaking about why she started gardening and her love for her pets rabbits that began her love of white roses.

Louise came on the show to speak about her gardening journey and how she began to garden and her love of rabbits. That began her love of white roses when she lost her first beloved pet rabbit. She also speaks about community gardening and how it great it is to give back through gardening and share your garden with others.

Angela came on to the show to talk about how she started a garden for her husband after a very serious cycling accident. She has also started a gardening group at work where she shares what she is growing and hints & tips.

Ben is speaking about his farm where they grow Alstroemeria flowers. He has being raising awareness of how we can all be more sustainable and buy our flowers locally sourced in the uk. Today I was chatting with Maria about gardening and how it has helped her mental health and well-being. She opened up about her own mental health and how gardening has changed her life. She also talked about wildlife and how we can all play our part in looking after the wildlife in our garden.
