Yesterday, US AG (and Red Flag gun-grabber) Pam Bondi said that the U.S. will go after "hate speech" in the wake of Charlie Kirk's death, even though the term “hate speech” is simply an arbitrary term that those with political power (or those who want to exercise it as a weapon) use to silence dissent. There is no “hate speech” exception to the First Amendment and Mr. Kirk himself opposed hate speech legislation.

Bondi then tried to revise her statement, trying to claim that “hate speech” that “crosses the line” into violence is forbidden by statute. First of all, that’s about real, physical violence, not sound waves “crossing the line” into real, person-on-person aggression, so there is no “crossing a line”, they are two different things. Second, in most cases, such actual violence is supposed to be a state issue. Here is her revision. LINK

And, of course, Rubio wants to jump into “action.” The State Department is trying to add amendments to HR 5300 that would allow it to revoke passports of American citizens for "aiding and abetting human traffickers and foreign terrorist organizations." – Which leaves it up to the government to define “aiding and abetting” and “terrorist” – how nice of them.

Donald Trump wants to designate CODE PINK as a terrorist group because some of its members protested him as he entered a restaurant where they were eating. He says they should THANK HIM for what he is trying to do to “bring peace” to the Middle East. Seriously. LINK

Trump also told ABC News Reporter Jonathan Karl that the feds should investigate him because he has “a lot of hate in your heart” – that’s Donald Trump, openly taking on the mantel of John Adams and Lincoln, both of whom offensively attacked the First Amendment, and it’s Trump, who literally has killed hundreds of people on his own command, sand trials, and who has, with faux soberness, lied over and over about wanting peace in the Middle East even as he hands more weapons to Israel and allows for or helps organize and carry out assassinations of foreign ambassadors, and peace negotiators. Meanwhile, many people are focusing on FBI Dir Kash Patel and the fact that numerous Discord users were presaging the assassination attempt on Kirk. The impression I get is that, whether this is part of a larger plan or not, the FBI “missing” these communications is going to be used by the state-enablers and state-growers to push for more online monitoring of “terror groups” and dissidents. FISA 702 will be strengthened if they have their way.

Meanwhile, contrary to early reports, the alleged killer of Charlie Kirk has NOT confessed and the details the FBI are giving are... a bit murky and dubious. The investigation is revealing that (from what we are told by government forces) Robinson was in a relationship with a guy who was “transitioning” to mutilate his body and look like a woman. This person reportedly is working with cops. It’s all very bizarre, indicative of the Cultural Marxist “moral relativism” “accept everything” social pressure that is leveraged to gain political power as new “minority” groups are found and cultivated for use. Numerous politicians and online news/opinion sites either are calling for censorship of and added penalties for crass Americans who applaud the death of Charlie Kirk (or speak in negative terms about his positions or character – the defining characteristics of the verboten speech will, of course, be decided by the heavy, already bloody, hand, of the state). Some, like (surprisingly) Zerohedge, appear to be applauding a heightened US government state of alert, surveillance, and possible legal targeting of “leftist trans” people and groups, as if this is the new physical and inevitably ultimate confrontation between “Cultural Marxism” and its scions in human form, and rightist rightness. While Cultural Marxism undoubtedly has helped produce the “march through the institutions” – the march of “leverage the underdog mentality”, “leverage the culture of victimhood”, “leverage and have government define diversity”, promote “moral relativity” and leverage it through the machine of statism (again, with the fake justification of “helping the little guy” or “rectifying past wrongs of the big guy”) – and Zerohedge notes that Trump has requested $58 MIL more in “emergency” funding (from the $37-trill-in-debt US govt) for federal police-state gangs to “investigate” all groups and people who might express some form of post-Kirk assassination sentiment the feds and MAGA do not like.

MAGA opinion-offerer Nick Sorter is calling for the arrest of anyone who wears the same t-shirt that Robinson wore when photographed on his way to the Kirk assassination site in Utah. LINK This is a Kafkaesque reversal of the free-speech position that Charlie Kirk held.

Mike Lee is ready to reintroduce the Smith-Mundt Act to allow overt (the covert still goes on) propagandizing by the US overseas. He wants to rename it the Charlie Kirk Act – which likely would have been something Mr. Kirk might have understood, after some discussion, as running counter to the US Constitution. LINK

** A key lesson for tonight’s program… JD Vance, who praised war crimes against Venezuelans last week, now is high and mighty on “unity” – revealing once more the sad problem of the Tragedy of the Commons, because there is no such thing as “unity” when the polis forces people into the same collective. At a Kennedy Center memorial, where Tulsi Gabbard spoke, as well, RFK Jr praised Charlie Kirk’s promotion of free speech. Yet Mr. Kennedy works for a regime that is silencing dissent on college campuses, has deported people for their speech in favor of peace in Gaza, has threatened to deny visas to foreigners whose social media contains any similar sentiment, and has claimed the power to redefine “antisemitism” and accuse Americans of “aiding terrorists” (as the government defines terror), and, as we see above, possibly revoking their passports (since when did the Founders place a “passport power” in their mighty Constitution?) Disconnecting, voluntarily?

Matt Walsh got flak for posting that he thought it was “good” that people lost their jobs for posting insane praise of Charlie Kirk’s assassination. He has revised that, with a flip, saying that it is NOT right that people lose their jobs or have their houses burned down because of their statements about Kirk or anything else. Walsh gets it half-right. Losing a job because one says something that the owner or other end-line consumers dislike(s) is a matter of taste, market choice, and prior agreement of employment. To think that people should not lose their job because their own actions offend the employer or the end-employer of the consumer is to negate the right of the others to exercise their ethics, to negate market mechanisms, and to stifle the expression of opinion for the population. Burning down a house is a different matter, and that is an aggressive act, which is criminal. LINK

VIA ISRAEL, and VICE-VERSA:

Not even a week after the Israeli government attacked Qatar and Hamas representatives gathering to mees Israeli “peace negotiation” reps (who never intended to arrive there), Marco Rubio and his wife hopped to MIsrael (a new name, perhaps, combining the Military-Industrial complex (which Israel uses our tax cash to feed) with the word “misery” – something it spreads throughout the Middle East and US political world if anyone opposes it), to join Christian Zionist Mike Huckabee and repeatedly claim that it is Hamas that engages in terror (despite the US and Israel funding it) and repeatedly imply that Hamas holds hostages while Israel does not. In fact, the entire Palestinian population in Gaza has been held in captivity for decades, yet Rubio continues to spill lyrical drivel as fast as he can.

He also overtly called for “regime change” in Iran. LINK

While Netanyahu insinuated that US politicians and others ought to be careful, because every cell phone has Israeli tech in it. A memory of kids without hands after IDF detonation of pagers in Lebanon comes to mind. LINK

People are wondering why the Israelis and US officials agreed to the “50 States, One Israel” theme of the gathering. LINK

The Qatari government is noting that Israeli officials cannot simultaneously claim that they want to get a return of the “hostages” (the thousands held by Israel, never, mentioned, again) while also bombing the people willing to negotiate with them to release the hostages.

We begin with something that might seem esoteric or prosaic. The Trump Admin is suing Uber over alleged lack of accommodation to people with "disabilities". This raises numerous solid questions. For example, why is the federal government involved with this? The so-called rationale is the Americans with Disabilities Act, passed in the George H W Bush era. This took the perverse "Marsh v Alabama" 1946 SCOTUS decision that destroyed the concept of private property under the masthead of a business, added the "public accommodations" poison of the 1964 Civil Right act that specifically said property owners who ran businesses had to keep them open to anyone the government demanded, which, again, destroys the principle of private property, places it in the hands of the state, and removes our market ability to see the good and bad figures with whom we might want to do business, or whom we might want to avoid. This is the next step, a further unconstitutional, heart-on-Trump-sleeve attack on Uber. LINK

Unions, nonprofits and Washington State sued after Trump's administration moved to fire roughly 25,000 probationary employees, who typically have less than a year of service, though some are longtime workers in new jobs.

Alsup said ordinarily he would "set aside OPM's unlawful directive and unwind its consequences, returning the parties to the ex ante status quo, and as a consequence, probationers to their posts."

"But the Supreme Court has made clear enough by way of its emergency docket that it will overrule judicially granted relief respecting hirings and firings within the executive, not just in this case but in others," Alsup wrote.

In April, the Supreme Court paused a preliminary injunction Alsup issued in the case requiring six agencies to reinstate 17,000 employees while the litigation moved forward.

Alsup said too much had happened since the Supreme Court's April decision for him to order employees to be reinstated now, as many had gotten new jobs while the administration transformed the government."

Aren't you delighted to be forced to pay for all of this, from the employees in question, to the insane "justice" system? And how about this, to those who like the system: Why would you force others to pay taxes to support it? Why not leave them alone?

Charlie Kirk Assassination:

The feds claim to have their suspect in custody. LINK He is identified as Tyler Robinson, a 22-year-old male resident of Utah, whose father turned him in after, say police, Robinson confessed to him his commission of the crime. LINK

Late yesterday afternoon, the FBI released video they claim shows the suspect, carrying a bag, climbing off a building. The feds also claim that the shooter disassembled portions of the rifle before getting off the roof, then REASSEMBLED the rifle in the woods and left the gun there, which makes no sense. Because, of course, the game-players in the GOP now have embraced the idea that “words are violence”, Rep Clay Higgins (R-LA) is proposing a bill that would burn what is left of the Bill of Rights. How can these people be either so unashamed or so ignorant that they don’t stop themselves from pushing such utter nonsense and tyranny?

Here is the quote from his X Post, written in a Trump-like style:

“I’m going to use Congressional authority and every influence with big tech platforms to mandate immediate ban for life of every post or commenter that belittled the assassination of Charlie Kirk. If they ran their mouth with their smartass hatred celebrating the heinous murder of that beautiful young man who dedicated his whole life to delivering respectful conservative truth into the hearts of liberal enclave universities, armed only with a Bible and a microphone and a Constitution… those profiles must come down. So, I’m going to lean forward in this fight, demanding that big tech have zero tolerance for violent political hate content, the user to be banned from ALL PLATFORMS FOREVER. I’m also going after their business licenses and permitting, their businesses will be blacklisted aggressively, they should be kicked from every school, and their drivers licenses should be revoked. I’m basically going to cancel with extreme prejudice these evil, sick animals who celebrated Charlie Kirk’s assassination. I’m starting that today. That is all.”

The House passed its version of the National Defense Authorization Act, removing the “Authorization for Use of Military Force” as it applies to Iraq. Since there is no provision in their magical US Constitution other than WAR to “let” the US attack another nation-state, perhaps people might want to discuss this problem in DC? LINK

VENEZUELA:
The AP reports that the boat Trump attacked, killing eleven men sans trial, sans Declaration of War, with the blood splattered on us, we who are forced to pay for it? The AP reports it was turned back to Venezuela. That merely adds to the already established illegality and immorality of Trump’s mass-murder. LINK

First, of course, the murder of Charlie Kirk.

Lest one forget, Mr. Kirk was integral in helping Ross Ulbrecht get a pardon. LINK

Donald Trump made numerous appearances in public and on video yesterday, and in many of them, he expressed his sorrow over the killing of Mr. Kirk. Unfortunately, Mr. Trump’s praise of Kirk’s interest in free speech and open debate does not comport with Mr. Trump’s own position and actions when it comes to people freely speaking on university campuses to express support for peace in Gaza. Likewise, FoxNews host Jesse Waters responded to the assassination by, in part, going into a long monologue about political violence being unacceptable. Here is part of what he had to say. LINK Unfortunately, Mr. Waters also a few days ago called for the preemptive destruction of any new pipeline that Russia and China might build between the two nations, so his call for an end to political violence rings rather hollow. The manifest truth is that political action IS violence, because it is predicated on aggressive force to make people pay to the state and make them comply with government edicts. Politics IS violence, by definition.

Here is ILL Gov Pritzker reinforcing the same line of “no political violence” – hiding the very nature of the polis. LINK

Many dimensions of Charlie Kirk’s public positions are being discussed, to use the passive voice. Benjamin Netanyahu seems to be over-pushing Charlie Kirk’s previous support for Israel, when, as many know, he recently had started changing his position, towards questioning US support as Israel engages in starvation campaigns, and as he saw speech on campuses and for online streamers stifled. Here is Netanyahu’s strangely high-octane claim that Charlie just adored Israel, without, of course, Benjamin mentioning Mr. Kirk’s changes in the past few months. And Netanyahu and Trump showed uncanny timing in their social media posts about Kirk. LINK

The FBI is offering a big reward to anyone who offers info that leads to the arrest of a suspect. LINK

The FBI also claims to have found a bolt-action 30-06 rifle and is claiming that is it the murder weapon. Who can tell? Who can trust the government? LINK

You will see in the above a photo the FBI claims is of their prime suspect, or a “person of interest.”

We mentioned this yesterday on Liberty Conspiracy Live, the Congress erupting in shouts and dissention over someone calling for a moment of silence for the passing of Mr. Kirk. Rick Sanchez covers it well, and it will serve as an opening to a larger point we can understand when it comes to the vast number of people affected by his death and the number of and intensity of debates over Charlie Kirk’s political positions. The problem of growing collectivism, of more and more being absorbed into the influence and control of collective politics, that leads to more and more debates over more and more topics, more and more anger, and more and more focus on the central authority, gaining control over it, even to the point of killing opponents or ideological adversaries.
