Krishnan Collins spoke with the head coaches at Lake Hamilton, Malvern and Cutter Morning Star in preparation for their Week 2 games. The Wolves travel down Hwy. 270 to face the Leopards while the Eagles go south to face the Spring Hill Bears.

Krishnan Collins recently spoke with the new head coach of the National Park women's basketball program, Dominque Battles. Battles is the second coach of the program, taking over the program after the departure of Marvin Moody. Battles was most recently the head coach of the Lakeside junior Lady Rams basketball program.

Krishnan Collins spoke with National Park head soccer coach Kevin Tello and assistant coach Grant Gartner. This is the inaugural season for the men's and women's soccer program at NPC, and Tello and Gartner knew that making a personal connection with the players was key to the programs' success. The coaches discussed the difficulties of creating two new collegiate soccer programs.

Hosts Krishnan Collins and James Leigh preview two rivalry games in Garland County that will kick off the season starting Aug. 26 — Hot Springs at Fountain Lake and Lakeside at Lake Hamilton. All four coaches were excited about starting the season with games that would leave the victors with bragging rights for a full year.

In our second episode, hosts James Leigh and Krishnan Collins talked with the two newest athletic directors in Garland County — Lakeside's Darin Landry and Fountain Lake's Danton Robertson. Both of the new athletic directors are experienced administrators with a sports background and talked about the struggles of getting their respective athletic departments back to normal after a year of dealing with COVID-19.

In our first episode, James Leigh talks with Hot Springs golf coach Josh Smith and Lake Hamilton golf coach Brandi Higginbotham. The coaches talk about their teams and the struggles of coaching a sport that starts the first week of August.
