This eclipse hit me hard! Like hard. I am ready to step into my new self, go hermit & just come out on the other side. Every entrepreneur I’ve ever met had their moment of “sit down in my parents house for months/years & lock in” Well, I’m stepping right into that era. I don’t want any distractions, just my caffeine, my laptop & the gym & I ain’t sorry.

You have to go through shit to get back on your shit. I feel like once I get out of a bad breakup I’m always in the gym tryna make myself better, when my mental isn’t right I isolate & come back to reality. I find my routine again & that keeps me grounded. What do you do to get back on your sh*t when things go bad? You’ve been here before, so I promise you can pull yourself out of it again.

If you treat every day like a day 1, you’re destined for greatness. How excited do you get on a day 1 or something? Exactly. Keep choosing every day as 1 day at a time, as if it’s the first day you’re doing something and you’ll fall in love with it all over again and again and again and you’ll see the results you’re looking for!

Your brain is so powerful. You have to exercise it just like you exercise any other muscle in your body. Putting your end goal in mind & reciting it daily will bring it from your subconscious to your conscious without you even knowing.
