And just when I wanted to lose 30 lbs a corporate event comes up where they serve us 6 meals a day or my friend start hitting me up to go out more when I haven’t heard from them in weeks, or my check engine light comes on and now I have to spend money (let me not speak that into existence) BUT only I can make that decision to be disciplined, be in control & be consistent. Only you can make that decision. When you wake up every day, ask yourself one question, “am I going to make choices that are going to lead me towards my goal or set me back even further?”

Shout out to those that got rid of you because they didn’t see you for who you are, or your vision. Shout out to them! They just closed that door for you to open up another one, and this door is so much better than the one you were behind. Be proud of yourself. Be proud of your vision. Be excited for what you have to come. Only you can determine your glow up! Keep going!

Selfish Era Season! The only way I’m going to elevate is if I keep being focused. I can’t be focused if I’m doing things that aren’t serving me. If I’m going to see people hours away that aren’t giving me my return on investment that I deserve. Y’all have been selfish, why can’t I? If you’re feeling this way, time to change up your ways.
