Sometimes we stay in situations longer than we should. We stay & it deteriorates our self worth & mental health more & more each day. You have to go. You have to let it go, move on, go no contact & watch their actions unravel. If they change with action that’s great, if they do not then don’t take them back. You’re worth so much more. You deserve so much more. Leave who hurt you, move away from the city where it hurt you, never if you don’t you will never heal.

No response is a response. One thing I learned from my last relationship is communication is key. I refuse to let anyone & everyone walk all over me. I refuse to let these men only hit me up when they want to bed me over. I am searching for a husband. I will not allow you to go days without talking to me. It doesn’t make sense. I know what I bring to the table and it’s OK if you don’t see that.

Today I enter my rich, hot girl era. If it’s not making me rich or skinny I’m not doing it. Periodt. Summer is literally in 6 weeks, no more games 👏🏽 Monday motivation: no matter how the sun feels, it’s still gonna get up! Be the sun. I know life sucks sometimes, but don’t let it pass you by. Wake up Wednesday with a little wild in it. GPS analogy loading. Your life is a roadmap no matter how many re directions you get they are actually blessings. Trust your plan and trust your process.

We’ve been stagnant. We’ve been comfortable. COVID did that. Media did that. We gotta get up & get active. We gotta get positive. Life is hard, but you have the ability to make your decisions. Be consistent. Wake up & be grateful. Get outside & do something. Remember that you GET to not you HAVE to.

Monday motivation gets good & deep today! Just so y’all know, he or she is not holding you down, they’re holding you back. Take inventory. Leave what’s not serving you. Let go of those that are not aligning with you. Use these next 6 weeks to really make it make sense for your mind, body, & soul. I know that’s the only option I have, but make it the only option you have too!!!
