Mental health Monday check in! How are y’all doing today? Are you reaching the goals that you set for yourself 1% better every single day? If not, this is your wake up call to write down what you want in life, read it every single day and trust the process and be patient!!!

Who’s your 5? Who are the 5 people closest to you right now? Are they in alignment with you, your goals, your morals, your values? or are you just hanging with them because you’ve known them for 20 years & that’s just what it is. It’s OK to walk away from those that are no longer serving you. No malicious shit, it’s just they are no longer serving you & that’s OK. Y’all outgrew each other. But don’t keep them around if they aren’t lifting you up!! Make it make sense. Today, write down the 5 people closest to you. Now send them a list of your goals. See what they say. Then you’ll know if they’re a keeper or if it’s time to revamp your starters.

Y’all- let them go. God took that person away because he heard conversations you didn’t hear. Let them go. If they come back, you can give a reaction if you want to. But trust the process. Fall in love with yourself again. Don’t let the Devil stop you from being GREAT! You’re amazing. You deserve the world. You’re at rock bottom now, but at least your standing on a rock. Keep going.
