So stop doing that today, start saying you can, & put in that little effort each day to reach the goal that you CAN do! Mindset is power. Happy Friday + Random Acts of Kindness Day!!! JJ is not lucky, she is blessed through her kindness, hard work, blood, sweat & tears. She treats people how she wants to be treated. It’s very simple. & she’s been bullied in the past + she’s been taken advantage of, but look at how blessed she really is. It’s not luck, it’s kindness. Do something kind for someone today! Open the door, buy the persons coffee behind you in the drive thru, give a homeless man a sandwich, tell someone they look great today. Once you shift your MINDSET, great things start happening. They are so good at manipulation & gaslighting that you think you need them, but once you write it all down on paper, your head gets clearer, you become un-controllable & now they need to go prey on a new victim.
