Sometimes, you’re not going to know the why. However, you do need to change your mindset and understand that things happen FOR you and not TO you. Once you make that switch in your mind, your healing journey gets a little easier each day. And it propels you forward to keep going. I’m proud of you! 👏🏽

There is nothing that God has to offer you that is trapped in the person who left you. You should not be giving them any more time or any more energy. They left you. They hurt you. They chewed you up & spit you out. They aren’t your person! Stop thinking things will change with words & not actions. Cmon sweetie, get moving. Move on.

I finally feel myself again. It’s kinda lonely over here, but I have to be lonely to get back in my groove & pop out when it’s necessary. It be like that sometimes. But I’ll tell you right now this is the best I’ve felt since 2019 when I was on my shiiiii. It’s important to show up for yourself every day. It’s important to keep your promises to yourself. PS make sure you’re laughing each day.

Starting something new can be uncomfortable & intimating, but it doesn’t mean that you aren’t meant for it. You had the vision that put you there in the first place. Keep at it! It’ll all pay out for you I promise!
