Nehemiah tells us that the joy OF the Lord is our strength. A joy filled life is a life in God, revealing the radiant nature of God, regardless of circumstance. Therefore, we should expect to live a life of great sacrifice, great praise and have healthy families.

Nehemiah 8:10 tells us that the Joy of the Lord is our strength. In other words, our load bearing capacity for life is directly connected to our level of joy. This truth is captured in Luke 2 when the angels declare to the shepherds "good news that causes great joy." In this bible story we find joy in difficulty, obscurity and absurdity. We find joy because it's undefeatable, unconditional and unlimited. Say yes to GREAT JOY found in the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Jesus' words are life to us, therefore when we read what he taught us and the life he lived we should experience and increase and growth of life in our inner man. In John 20 we find Jesus coming to those whose lives were being governed more by despair, doubt and disillusionment. Jesus meets them, leads them and empowers them with a mission to be for the world what He is for us.

When the love of God is enthroned in our hearts the result will be an apostolic family.

Moments in life are more than we can handle. Negativity, doubt, despair, to name a few, seek to influence our hope and belief in the promises of God. Jesus stood and raised His voice, over the noise of His day and made an appeal. He called those that are thirsty for hope, life and joy in God to come to him and drink.

Believing is critical to Belonging. Because God loves us unconditionally and commits Himself to us we can contribute to healthy community. As we Belong, we Become all that God desires. In Becoming, we Build, in partnership with God and according to His design.
