Christmas reminds us that God’s promises are not forgotten — they are fulfilled.

In this message, Lauren Lucas reflects on the promise of a King foretold by the prophet Isaiah and revealed in the birth of Jesus. This King is unlike any earthly ruler. He came close, chose to dwell with His people, and invites us to approach Him with confidence. As we consider Jesus’ eternal kingdom, we’re invited to pause, reflect, and ask this question: How am I approaching King Jesus?

Lauren Lucas looks at Jonah 4 and the three confronting questions God asks Jonah that expose a misaligned heart:

• Are we more consumed with our own comfort than concerned for God’s kingdom?
• What makes us angry?
• Are we avoiding the conversations God is trying to have with us?

As we explore Jonah’s anger, God’s compassion, and His heart for a whole city, we’re invited to let the Holy Spirit realign our hearts with God’s heart and believe again for revival, reconciliation and a great awakening in our families, our communities and our nation.
