Justin Blanton comes on, and of course, we had to kick the show off discussing the coronavirus (COVID-19).  We really just tried to give stats to help inform.  Then Momma Hammer shows up tuned up lol.  We talk about her new dating life and the importance of taking chances, and living your life after tragedy strikes.

Frankie is a competing crossfit athlete and nutrition coach.  This conversation went better than we ever could have expected and if it wasn't for schedule conflicts this might have ended up being a 4 hour podcast.  We hit the subjects within his field of expertise and much more.

Kyle and Dave present your new, favorite MMA show.  The show will focus on the UFC.  However, we will touch on the other MMA promotions, and even other combat sports from time to time. 

Eric works for Banyan Treatment Center, helping people get past their harmful addictions.  As we all know the opioid epidemic in the United States is a serious problem that has affected countless families.  Eric himself is in recovery, with quite a few years under his belt, and I have felt it from friends and family.  Lets be honest, there may be a bit of a alcohol issue with me as well.  Eric gets into some of his stories from the past, how he got clean, and information for people who are currently being affected by addiction.  Great talk, important talk.  Of course we start with Eric's top 5 movies. 

So Thad, Jordan, and I were at the local bar...it closed...Thad wanted to know what we were doing next...why not a podcast?!  And so the 3am podcast was born!  It was not as much of a shit show as I expected, hell...I didn't think I would even air it.  Jordan came ready, so I had to fill up my scotch glass and get into game mode.

Thad and I are joined by, my brother from another mother, A.J. DiFabbio.  We broke into some scotch and things got fun lol.
