'Yara Helweh' is a Mental Health Advocate, she has created her Instagram page 'Psych with Yara' one year ago, to raise awareness towards mental Health; and talk about topics that are considered taboos in the Middle-East such as Mental Health, anxiety, breakups, breakdowns, depression, and the fear of speaking up.
