Paul Owens

Paul was CEO of the Willis Towers Watson Global Captive Practice from 2013 until April 2020, and was responsible for all of the Group’s captive management and consulting operations. In addition to managing and growing the operations in traditional markets he was at the forefront of developing emerging markets, in particular the Chinese Captive/Mutual insurance market supporting both prospective owners and local regulator. He joined Strategic Risk Solutions as a director on the board in May 2020.
