As you now, we record the day prior. Yesterday was National Mental Health Awareness Day. So, we talked about two events from last week that were around such things. Plus some BSing around.

We helped raise $350 to Mission 22 with Mayan Goddess on twitch! Thom went to a veterans event to help Veterans who are looking for friends and to end loneliness! It was awesome!

We also brought on Jordan from American Legion - Post 206 to talk about the event and community service and what we can do to help Veteran charities out further.

22 Veterans a day commit, contemplate, or attempt Suicide. that's 22 out of 1% of the American population. We can't stress this enough. It's a huge number and it shouldn't be taken lightly. Help a veteran feel safe, cared about and not forgotten.
