Graduated in economics and commerce at the Rome University "La Sapienza".
His career started at Telecom Italia Mobile (TIM) in 1998, in the Information Technologies Division.
He was a TIM delegate in GSM Association, in the work groups for the definition of the invoicing standard, since 1998 until 2001.
In 2000 and 2001, he took part in start-ups of the associate companies Telekom Srbija, TIM Turkey and Entel PCS Chile. From 2001 to 2004 he worked in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), as IT Project Manager for the start-up of a roaming service and interconnection of the associate company TIM Brasil.
In 2011 he took part in the launch of the Project Management Office (PMO) in Telecom Italia reporting directly to the Top Management. From 2012 to 2015 he took part in PMO team for the main Transformation Telecom Italia Information Technology.
He is a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) since 2014, and Certified Function Point Practitioner (IFPUG-CFFP) since 2015.
He participates and contributes to the learning activities within the business department.
He is a passionate sustainer of Project Management to guarantiee a governance model which considers team motivation as the key element for a company's performance.
He published various monographies on LinkedIn and an interview in a magazine of the Project Management Institute "PM Network", January 2016 edition. (“2016 Jobs report”); he also collaborates with the PMI Southern Italy Chapter.
Since May 2016 he collaborates with the MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano, where he leads the module “Project Risk Management” in the Enterprise Risk Management course.
In October 2016 he has participated as speaker to the AIEA 30th annual Congress "L’ICT verso il 2020: quale Governance, quali Rischi, quali Controlli?”(Link), presenting "La gestione dei rischi di programmi innovativi di grandi dimensioni".
In April 2017 he moved to TIM HR Services to follow his passion about training and competence sharing.
