RobChrisRob gathered together in pretend low earth orbit for another broadcast of the oldest podcast on the internet... we talked about the trailer for the upcoming Wes Anderson film Asteroid City, the discovery of a new giant black hole, the cancellation of E3, Meth Pigeons making deliveries into a canadian prison, Samsung AI adding teeth to baby photos, Scott Pilgrim's original cast returning for an Anime series, a Principal in florida fell for an Elon Musk scam, Meatballs made from mammoth DNA, and the inevitable success that will come from tech leaders asking us to all just pause AI for a few months and think about it for a bit.

RobChrisRob talked about the real world situation where farmers are now able to use Farming Simulator to evaluate real world products... this led into a tangent discussion about VR in general and the killer apps that we've yet to see for platforms existing and unannounced. Then we talked about a trailer for another War of the Worlds movie, a man busted for donating sperm so many times that he has fathered 550 children, a religious war in Lebanon over... daylight savings time, the Museum of Failure in Brooklyn which pokes fun of classics like the Hula Chair, the Segway, and Google Glass, and we wrapped up talking about MIT testing Oreos for science reasons.

RobChrisRob started off hot talking about the mad respect for the fashion and innovation obviously present in a group photo of the mid 90s MIT Wearable Computing Project... then we talked about a D&D Monster Manual with a goal of raising awareness for endangered creatures... I talked a little about the monsters of Shazam 2, then we talked about Unreal's facial animation capture system, a dating sim that really does file your taxes, Utah declaring Brine Shrimp their official state crustacean, the 3D Printed Rocket that almost but didn't quite make it to orbit, and finally a bit of Mando and a bit of Picard.

RobChrisRob kicked things off by remarking that the spam problem has been solved by the FCC and we don't have to worry about SMS spam any more. Cough... GPT-4 tricked a human into solving CAPTCHAs for it, Rolls Royce got cash to develop generators for the moon, but so far basically just created a really dumb render that looks like it was made by AI, we talked about the Open Sauce convention and the terrifying works of the I did a thing youtube channel, a paper about goblin sharks debunked as the evidence was a kids toy shark, people injecting botulism in their guts to lose weight had bad results, weird walking robots, ocean algae plums set to overwhelm beaches, and Glen Howerton starring in a movie based on Blackberry that doens't look awful...

RobChrisRob discussed Aldi's Easter marshmallow oopsie, an ambient temperature superconductor (assuming you can apply bottom-of-the-ocean levels of pressure to it, Mario Sized boots, mosquito clouds that kill Livestock, a Queen Maeve memoriam released as part of the marketing run up to the next season of The Boys, and finished up by talking a little about the Silicon Valley Bank crash.

RobChrisRob linked up their pretend orbital platforms to dig deep into the pressing topics of the day, including the upcoming slate of cocaine animal based films, the WWE trying to get state regulators to allow gambling on their pre-planned results, the shocking news that seized narcotics imported into the US are more Viagra than Fentanyl, Rob actually really enjoyed this weeks episode of Picard (Best Episode Ever!) there's an asteroid that will kill us all but sadly not until 2046, and the Silicon Valley Bank run which totally is not the harbinger of the badness yet to come....

RobChrisRob returned to pretend low earth orbit to talk about trailers released during the Superb Owl including The Flash and Guardians 3, we also discussed the latest coolant leaks on the ISS, the Copyright Office telling a Judge that AI Artwork is not copyrightable, Picard, Chewie's Accent, Children of the Corn, the Winnie the Pooh: Blood & Honey trailer, AI cameras combatting Sushi Terrorism, and of course the trailer for a Tetris movie.

RobChrisRob pretended to dodge the russian space junk cloud as they talked about Twitter trying to throttle tweets, and accidentally blocking a bunch of people, and then in the process of fixing that, breaking DMs and other stuff... and the subsuquent bump in traffic on Mastadon. We also talked about Netflix's super genyyus plan to limit password sharing moving into Canada, we celebrated White Lotus and Poker Face, had hopes for Spider-Man Noir getting a live action series, discussed Super Cows, the first full SpaceX Starship test fire with 31 of 33 engines lit, and finally a book about keyboards on Kickstarter....
