Hi, I'm Erin & i'm guiding you through this New Moon meditation designed to balance your energy, bringing your mind, body & spirit into alignment with your highest, most authentic self. 

The themes of the Gemini New Moon: communication, clarity, curiosity, duality, and self-expression.

This guided meditation is Reiki infused and begins with a gentle body scan, followed by balancing of all 7 chakra energy centres, and finishes off with a visualization practice designed to to align you with your desires and intentions. 714Hz is the frequency playing and is deeply supportive of communication, self-expression, and clearing emotional blockages. It aligns with the throat chakra, which rules Gemini.
