We discuss our personal stories of this kind of racism and especially the gaslighting that comes with it. The internal conflict that we face from this has filled us with negativity but also has empowered us to fight for societal change. Normalized racism affects so many of us and it is up to ALL of us to fight it. And to all of our gen-zers, what is happening in America right now is not a national white vs. black issue. What is happening right now is a global Us vs. Racism issue Say it out loud and say it again. This fight is Us vs. Racism.
