同时,国家银行也下修全年经济成长目标,介于3%到4%的区间。而且随着我国接种计划不断加速进行,国行乐观预测,全部州属最快将在10月步入第三阶段的复苏计划,11月步入第四阶段的复苏计划。
对比国行乐观预测,国际市场却不看好我国经济前景。其中,国际评级机构惠誉却在近日大砍我国经济增长目标至零,震惊国内市场人士,忧虑外资恐怕将加速撤离我国,进而对疲蘼的经济局势造成雪上加霜的局面。
