Our focus this week is all about how God wants us to KNOW HIM! Something amazing happens when we come to know God... our whole lives seem to change. This was the case for Paul, and when we accept God's invitation to enter into a friendship with Him, other things start to seem way... way less important!

He's most excited to give us the one thing that is better than literally any other thing... Himself!

Our focus this week is all about how God wants us to KNOW HIM! He doesn't want us to get caught in the trap of feeling like we have to perform to be loved, or that we need to stand out to be important. God tells us that what is most important is that we are His, and that we know Him. We can be defined by who we are IN HIM, and not by what we do FOR HIM or for others.

As we close out our week learning all about how God wants to TALK to US, we are reminded that God wants us to bring Him all our anxieties... to communicate where we are scared or anxious. But He also wants us to find comfort and peace, beyond all understanding... because He already knows how every anxiety or fear ends. He knows the end, even as our troubles arise. So we take comfort in His knowledge, and in His goodness and power over our lives.

This week is all about how God wants to TALK to US! Today, though, we look at how to face the reality that sometimes we *do* hear God, but don't want to follow Him. What do we do when what God asks us to do doesn't align with our own desires?

We are reminded today, that when we spend time listening to God... expecting to hear from him, that over time - when we learn to recognize His voice, we will hear His voice over the other loud voices in the world, because we are His sheep - and His sheep know His voice!

This week is all about how God wants to TALK to US! He doesn't just want to tell us things, or even for us to just talk at Him... He wants to engage us in a back and forth, relationship-building, dialog. God is relational, and wants us to share our hearts, and also hear from Him!

This week is all about WORSHIP! In today's episode, we see a culmination of all of our W's coming alive in the story we read in Matthew 22. We learn that God doesn't just want our song... He wants our full-bodied, fully engaged hearts responding to Him. He is a God who desires intention, not just action. He wants all of us, not just our output.

This week is all about WORSHIP! In today's episode, we are reminded how important it is that we understand WHO God is, when we don't understand what He's doing. Because when we're confused and unsure... it helps to rest on the things we *are* sure about... like God's character and track record. He knows what He's doing, and He's for us... so being able to speak truth about who God is - over our hearts can lead us into a deep sense of worship to a God who is in control when life feels out of control.
