Hello everybody and welcome to this week's episode of the Crushing It In Construction podcast, my name's Jordan Skinner, I'm your host. And this week I'm chatting with Lisa Kinross, CEO of the Civil Contractors Federation in Victoria.

In this episode, Lisa and I talk about all sorts of different stuff, including how companies can better transfer knowledge between generations within their companies. I think this is a really important issue because a large portion of our workforce is made up of people that are rapidly approaching retirement age.

And when they do eventually retire, they're taking huge amounts of knowledge and experience with them. So, companies figuring out a way to transfer this knowledge from their older generation, the people that are leaving the industry to younger people in their companies is a really important issue to find a solution for financially.
