A once thriving shipbuilding business that was started in 1899 had to be sold in 1939 to avert its closure after the owner passed away and the company came under the watch of someone who was not capable of taking the helm. The new owner literally saved a sinking ship and helped thrive under their watch. Now 84 years under their watch and 3 generations! Lots of lessons learned for sure. Bravo!

So true and Catania Oils is a great example as during Giuseppe Basile's journey to America from Sicily with barrels of oil, only turbulent weather was too much for the barrels of oil and they were lost at sea! Arriving broke and not able to speak English still did not squash his dream and determination. WOW! He has left his mark on America for sure.
