Practice & Reflection

This month we will be practicing with generosity. To do so we must first investigate the nature of generosity in our own lives. Over the next two weeks consider the areas in your life where attachment is strongest. It could be connected to your “stuff,” your activities, your habits, the people around you and your ideas/opinions. Can you let yourself experience the attachment without judgment? Can you sense any harm to yourself or others in connection with these attachments? Consider what would it mean if you lost this area of your life. Could you give it away or abandon it?
