This Sunday we studied Genesis 20 and were reminded of how easily we can fall back into old patterns instead of living in the sure hope we have in Jesus Christ. Abraham's righteousness was not rooted in his actions, but in God's promise to him. In the same way, our hope rests not in our performance, but in the faithfulness of God. His promises are stronger than our failures. Will you submit yourself to the Lord and trust in Jesus Christ? He is the true provision for our lives.
