Sunday night guest host Gary Nolan discusses a push in China to modify your unborn child's genes to prevent HIV.  Gary thinks this is not acceptable and wants to know where would it end if we allowed this to happen.  After that, Gary discusses the incident at the souther border near San Diego in which the U.S. Border Patrol launched tear gas at immigrants on the Mexican side of the border.
