In this episode, Tim is joined by Theological Professor/Bible Teacher David Klingler to walk through the different genres of the Bible. Stories are so key to the narrative, but if we lack understanding of why the story happened, we could miss what the story is all about. An example is: if you went to watch a movie and showed up halfway through it, the scene you are watching could be taken out of the story's context because you missed the beginning and what led up to that scene. Today's hope to give examples and explain the importance of genre and connect some of the dots in discovering the power of the whole story.
