This podcast is called Gentle Creativity for a reason. We at Flowerista believe in gentleness as a solid foundation on which business can be built. As in life so in business - or at least that’s what we think.

In this episode, we touch on burn out, imposter syndrome, and how to frame competition with others that doesn’t destroy your sanity or love of what you do.

I’m going to guess that at some point today, you’ve written a ‘to do’ list. So have I. And I’ll let you into a little secret, I’ll almost definitely put half of the tasks off until tomorrow which means that there is a high chance they will never be done or will be completed in a mad panic 3 seconds before their deadline. Why do we procrastinate? Well there is a science to it, a reason behind the perfectionism and way around it all.

Whatever it is that you are procrastinating over right now, take some time to listen to this pod, know that you are not alone and count it as work (podcasts are education no matter what they are about!)
