With the biggest sports tournament in the World currently happening - the FIFA World Cup - it seemed that it would be the perfect topics for the debate on this weeks show.

Louis Tipper, Ollie Appleyard, and Jansen Lee all joined me the the debate and to talk all things world cup.

This week the show had three debates: The best player of the world cup, the best England player of the world cup, and then we discussed the England France game. I know the show is now slightly outdated, with there having been another week of football, but some great points were still raised and was an incredibly interesting topic to talk about.

This week, there was no live show. Instead, I recorded a podcast from the comfort of my own living room.

As it is nearly Christmas, it felt only right to do George Bowman and Friends Christmas Special. For the show, my Dad and Brother (William) joined me, along with a very special guest, and loyal listener George Walker.

We has four Christmas Themed debated: Best Christmas Food, Best Christmas Song, Best Christmas Film, and Best Christmas Tradition, as well as plenty more sub-topics including TV Christmas Specials, and best Christmas chocolate collection.

It was a busy week again in the studio this week. We had four guests on to debate what the best sport is to watch live, before going into to some further discussions about the sporting events we most want to go to.

Jim, David, and Tom, all joined me for the first time this year, to make their second appearance on the show. Louis was also on and took on Jansens role, hosting SuddURN Death.

During out debate, on the best sport to watch live, we had loads of interesting sub-topics including the best sporting events we have ever seen, and the sporting event we would most liked to have been at.

I went into the show 3-1 in this seasons SuddURN death and took on Jim in an appropriately based sports topic.

It was a very busy week in the studio this week. We had five guests on to debate a variety of questions about music, more specifically music artists.

Alejandro and Euan joined me for the first time this year, Finaly made a trip all the way from Paris to be on the show, and Brad and Jansen were back on.

This week the show had four debates: The best singer of all time, the best musical performer of all time, the best band since the 80s, and the best rapper of all time. We came up with a female and male winner for each category, after lots of disagreement....

This week was one of my favourite episodes ever to record.

Ben Waine made his radio debut, alongside show regular Oli Appleyard. We debated what the best county is in the UK. I argued for my beloved Norfolk, Oli went for his home county of Leeds, and Ben tried to argue for Greater London.

I went into the show 2-0 in this year's SuddURN death and took on Waino.

First Episode Since 5th April and it is a Good One!

This week my three of my good friends for the University of Nottingham Hockey Club, Louis Tipper, Alex Sheldon and Isobella Robson (or is it Isobelle Robison) joined me for the show.

Each had prepared a room 101 and we went through each individually before I chose which was worthy of a place in The George Bowman and Friends room 101.

Our very own Jansen Lee came on to represent URN against myself and UON sport member, Louis, for the score predictions. The big game this week is the North London derby!

Jansen hosted sutton death, where I took on Shellers with the score at 3-3 across the season.

We have changed the end of the show, switching from a film review to a each guest having to 'defend the indefensable'. I give each guest a statement they obviously oppose and they have 30 seconds to defend the statement.
