This week my three of my good friends for Cripps Hall last year, Ella Riding, Josie Cunnington and Millie Theobald joined me for the show.

I talked all things music and rowing with Josie, painting and surfing with Millie and Hockey and the stresses of parking on campus with Ella!

Each had prepared a room 101 and we went through each individually before I chose which was worthy of a place in The George Bowman and Friends room 101.

Dom, head of sport for the radion, came on to represent URN against myself and UON sport member, Ella, for the score predictions and, as Dom is a hige Nottingham Forest fan, we talked about there unfortunate loss against Liverpool in the FA cup sunday!

Jansen joined us, to first host sutton death, where I took on Josie this week after suffering my second defeat in a row last week again Izzy Cole, taking the score to 2-2 across the season. We then talked, with the rest of the guests about our film from this week, Seven.

This week Izzy Cole, Izzy Felton, Izzy Morris, Izzy Hunter and Isabelle Oakland were completing their Izzyathon, which consisted on two Izzy's being live on air for 24 hours. All five members of the team joined me at various points throughout the show. This incredible commitment was all in aid of Comic Relief and different members of the URN team are completing a 24 hour challenge each day this week. Isabelle represented URN this week for the score predictions, and may have slightly upset her Tottenham supporting Dad. I am still leading with 10 points despite an amazing week for the radio last week, with Toby Reynolds picking up 7 points, taking them to a total of 8! UON trail with 5 points.

Alex also came on the show, subbing in for Jansen who was ill this week, to represent UON in the score predictions, to offer some brilliant stats on football and to host Sutton Death, where I took on Izzy Cole in attempt to extend my 2-1 lead.

This week there was no live show, but I am really excited to bring you this weeks podcast!

When I am unable to record my live show, I will be releasing a pre-recorded interview with someone who I believe has an incredibly interesting and inspiring story to tell. These interviews will be released in two parts, Part A one week and Part B the following week.

I am really excited to be able to kick this off with the Argentinian Internation Fencer, Stefano Lucchetti. I spent an amazing couple of hours interviewing Stefano last week and I found his story truely fascinating. He is a real inspiration for any student athletes and is a great example of how it is possible to achieve both sporting and academic excellence.

This week the three girls in my uni house (Violet, Eve and Anastasia) joined me for the show. I introduced a new feature, room 101, where each of the girls chose one thing from University to put in room 101 before I decided which out of the three should go in.

Pavan came on to represent URN for the football predictor games and took on myself and Eve, who plays football for the Uni.

As an Arsenal fan, it only seemed right to let Pavan have a chat with our very own Jansen about all things Arsenal and both had very interesting things to say.

I also introduced another new feature called 'Sutton-Death' which is going to feature weekly on the show. Each week, one guest is going to take me on in naming answers in a category of Jansen's choosing. This week it was Violet taking me on.

As always, me and Jansen finished by reviewing our chosen film for the week. This week it was the Prestige, which is a cracking film.

Emily Oxbury (Head of Station at URN) joined me for a general chat. Me and Emily have also been long time family friends, so we also had a little remise about some childhood memories. Emily also represented URN in the football prediction game... and put a bet on Burnley beating Man City 2-0...

Louis Tipper joined me to talk all things Gregory Avenue (our house!) and represented University Sport for the football predictions.

Alex cam in to talk about the new feeling of campus, now that everything... is finally... back in person.

And of course Jansen joined me to review our first film. It was Skyfall, which he gave a solid 8/10. Next up will be the prestigue.
