Former Minneapolis officer Tou Thao will continue his testimony Wednesday morning at the federal courthouse in downtown St. Paul. Prosecutors are pressing Thao, who chose to testify in his own defense, about the responsibility he had to help George Floyd, who died in police custody in May 2020.
