• Societal outcasts are gospel prospects.
• Jesus supplies for those who are lacking.

Main Idea: God’s household is open to all who put their faith in Jesus.

Revelations 15

Main Idea: We get in God’s way when we get stuck in our ways.

Main Question: How do we get in God’s way?

• We hinder the work of God when we turn traditions into commandments.
• We hinder the work of God when we sacrifice clean hearts for clean hands.

Matthew - The King and His Kingdom

Main Idea: When we lose focus, we lose faith.

Main Question: How can we remain focused on Jesus in a world of distractions?

• There’s a purpose behind every challenge.
• More than we need our difficulties to go away, we need to find peace in the presence of Jesus.
• Even if you take your eyes off of Jesus, Jesus never takes His eyes off of you.

Main Question: What does this story teach us about Jesus?

• Jesus is always available to His people.

Main Idea: Jesus is the greater Moses, who permanently delivers, sustains, and satisfies His people.

• There’s no hold that Jesus can’t break.
• There’s no situation Jesus can’t see you through.
• There’s no spiritual longing that Jesus can’t satisfy.

Matthew: The King and His Kingdom

Main Idea: Radical reformation requires drastic demolition.

Main Question: What needs to be demolished in our day?

• We must remove everything that takes our focus and devotion away from God.
• We must get rid of syncretism and all who oppose sound doctrine.
