  • Raising The Socially and Emotionally Well Next Generation with Tracy Pugh
    Listen to this episode here.
Tracy Pugh is an educator that takes education beyond what previous generations have experienced. Previous generations were accustomed to the 3 R’s (reading, writing, and arithmetic – interesting how only one of those words starts with “r”). Yet many are aware that the skills needed in life go far beyond traditional academia.
We need skill to connect with one another socially. We need skill to be able to deal with our emotions healthily. On this episode, we have an expert on Social and Emotional Learning to share with us how we can empower the next generation to achieve and express excellence in their social and emotional life.
Tracy is the founder of SociallyWize, an organization dedicated to empowering caregivers and people who care to enable children and youth to express healthy social and emotional skills. She is a published author and a sought out expert in this field of education.

  • Podcast Trailer
It gives me great pleasure to share and announce the relaunch of my podcast with my followers. I have been working on this project for a few months now with my team and we hold it really near and dear to our hearts. This podcast is really a platform that we wanted to create in celebration of and in encouragement to people who are really trying and or are living their most authentic lives. I remember the specific moment in my life personally when I decided to cancel the noise, to speak my truth and to really live in my purpose…. in the most authentic of fashions. When I tell you the trajectory of my life from that moment began to move onward and upward it is not an understatement or a saleswoman pitch….most things after that began to get better. It really took some intentional things to get there though and I am just excited for the lineup of guests that I have and or will have the pleasure of interviewing that are really going to reveal what those things are and what they were for them personally. There is a community of people who are ready and willing to pour into you and I am just so happy that I have created a safe space for that kind of relationship to live and to grow. Our lives as humans really isn’t about the destination…. it’s about the journey, it’s about, right what the late Nipsey Hussle was convicted by, the marathon. I really want to encourage anyone who is reading this to follow me if you are not, to like, and to share my post with others. Join me on this journey to exploration to living a healthier, more productive and most importantly meaningful life. If you have read this far…thank you. I look forward to getting to know you and to grow with you.
    Peace, love and light,Gessie
