This not the time to be silent. Let your voice show & tell where you stand. This is the perfect time. Enough is enough! All lives can not matter until Black lives matter too!

This too shall pass trying times do not last long! Faith over Fear! If you feel any symptoms attack it right away! Boost up your immunity even if you feel well! Choose hot beverages over cold at this time! Try to stay away from smoking , work on yourself & eachother while indoors! Wash your hands, heal, pray & still be grateful! Expand love! Minimize the Virus 💫😷🙏

Finding a balance through life is very necessary! Especially if your juggling with alot! Learn how to practice self love & care!

Do you know how to find your purpose? What drives you? What lights your fire? What gives you a constant joyful feeling? Dig Deep in yourself in order to discover your purpose 💫
