Great idea, flawed execution

There is space for the idea that one side will claim the most value in any win/win negotiation. However, this book does not tell you how to accomplish that. Instead it is a general rehash of "Getting to Yes". Would recommend reading that title along with one of Roger Dawson's books to claim the most value for yourself.

Good beginning

The book seemed basic but was a good lesson. I may have to get a more advanced NLP book.

I have read a lot of textbooks, and while this book is not the worst I ever read, it is giving it a serious run for its money.

long time getting nowhere

Very padded out book around the subject of NLP. Having got quite far in to the book and still waiting for it to start i decided there were better things to do with my time.

this was good and all,but very short for the price

I enjoyed this, but just as I was starting to get into it, it was over. it's a shame, especially for the price.

An excellent adventure

Of it's kind, it's right up there at the top.

What did you like best about this story?

The structure was excellent; accessible and easy to break down into chunks. It was well thought out.

What about Kay Nazarchyks performance did you like?

She was a calm and neutral voice for this project; that was precisely the sort of performance this type of work needs.

I got a copy of this book because I am interested in many things which are not clearly defined by science. Actually, I have several other books on the subject of development, although few approach it from so many angles as this one.

From business models to technique and improvement exercises, this is a manual for anyone who wants to expand their awareness of the energies and psychic around us all. But its not a patronising volume as some books in this genre are wont to be. It points out pitfalls, it doesnt make promises of creating the next Nostradamous, its not a path to untold riches and a life of celebrity.

But what it actually is, is instructional, functional, interesting, philosophical and realistic. Taking you from basic meditative techniques and methodologies, through the various prognostic and psychic development stages, its the sort of work which you need to read cover to cover at least once to get the full value from. But the organisation of the book then enables you to use it as a reference or quick look up.

Let me say I have completed courses on healing, awareness and other skills. If I had had access to this book at the time, the courses would have been a lot easier to complete indeed in a couple of cases the book explains the material and techniques better than the courses.

There are many, many books on this subject; I dont profess to have read all of them, but of the ones I have read I would highly recommend this as both an introduction and a reference manual for anyone interested in psychic or intuitive arts. I highly commend the writer for a good piece of work.

No, simply because the woman who is reading the book has a god-awful voice.

The contents of this book are wonderful. If you can get your hands on a physical copy I would recommend it as the narrator's voice was unbearable to me.

Great reminder to "Dare, Dream and Do"

Great book! Love the real-life examples of Moms who are also dreamers and doers. One slight irritation was the fake accents the narrator slipped into when relaying stories from people of varied backgrounds. It struck me as contrived, not authentic. Other than that, great book.

No. Never.

What could Therapeutick have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

Put some substance in the book. The sample had all the substance. So don't waste your money or points on the book itself. The author never really got going. She just seem to keep on introducing the subject over and over again.

Narration was good, the best part.
