This week on Get Canceled, Sheryl and her guests draw attention to the barely handicapable youth of America.  The studies are out, and we're seeing an epidemic of "mentally ill" children surpass that of previous generations.  So what went wrong?  It seems the more focus placed on mental illness could be linked to the rise in said mental illness among children.  To be normal is now a rarity and has been replaced with anxiety, depression and ADHD.  Diet, screens, gentle parenting and a complete shift in the culture seem to be the culprit.  Then the gang discuss how the rise of Only Fans and plastic surgery factor in.

This week on Get Canceled, Sheryl and her guest call out the short-lived "body positivity movement".  While it is important to recognize that health can come in different shapes and sizes, there is one size that this movement tried to fool Americans into thinking that it could be healthy.  And that is FAT.  The fat, meaning the obese, rallied together in an attempt to show there is nothing wrong with being large and in charge.  But then fat influencers started dropping dead in their 30s, Ozempic was created, and suddenly this movement died like the clogged artery it became.  The disillusionment that fat is healthy is a fascinating one, and how quickly it became unleashed onto society goes to show the power of social contagion.
