We are fast approaching the end of 2023. In this unassuming yet difficult market, I'm seeing a lot of agents at ease, thinking they've already hit a peak of what is possible for them this year. However, in this same market, I'm also seeing many agents that are focused and stepping up their game in order to end the year on a high note. In our industry, we will see a 10-15% reduction in production through the end of the year. This period presents opportunities for those who recalibrate and recommit to their objectives. Recognize the potential around you and evaluate your actions. Ask yourself where you need to be more focused and where your attention should be directed. Understand that, over time, this focused effort will manifest in the realization of your aspirations. As you visualize the conclusion of 2023 and prepare for 2024, conduct an audit of your attention and focus. Reflect on whether you are truly concentrating on the tasks at hand and if you are present in the moment.
