The QBs of the last 8 man and first 11 man football championships at Rio Hondo Prep share some moments from the gridiron. Will Torrico works with RHP football as the eye in the sky and has many other jobs that he contributes to. Will reflects on his great family, fun memories, and his excitement for all the things he loves doing in his daily life.

In this special edition, we pay tribute to the United States of America. In addition to my general thoughts on what the 4th of July means to me, I also include some special poems and lyrics. It is our third installment of the"Suds with Studs" segment as well. HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!

Kevinz Carpio is an Athletic Trainer who has worked at all levels. He has experience in both college and professional sports. He has recently found a home working at a high school in Adelanto, CA. Kevinz will share with us the mindset of what it takes to be a Trainer as well as how he now looks at the game very differently. Officials can relate!

Bill Barnes returns for his weekly appearance to chat about the inconsistency of Covid enforcement. We also cover the mess that is Major League Baseball. Bill has some nice plans for the 4th of July weekend so we don't want to keep him too long. (UNCENSORED)

Jason Ramos is an Associate Executive Director for YMCA Los Angeles. He's also one of the toughest all around football players I've ever seen. Jason talks about how important it is to play sports when you're young and also shares a story to show why he holds law enforcement in such high regard.

Ken Lee is a fellow podcaster and the third Lee brother we've had on. He has plenty to say about his brothers and lots of memories to share. Ken works as a police detective and is a great family man.

Major Bill Lee talks about his service in the United States Marine Corps. He loves to build young men into the leaders that society needs. Bill is never one to back down from a confrontation. He loves God, his family, and his country.

Shay Munoz joins us to talk some music! She is a singer and has performed with multiple bands, including with my girlfriend Valerie. We talk a little about using alter egos to combat stage fright. Shay is proud of her hometown of Bakersfield, CA and its music heritage. Shay will also discuss her upcoming move to Nashville, TN.

Bill Barnes is back for the Weekly Wednesday Weigh-In. Topics include Brett Favre's comments, the President Trump rally, hypocrisy of Jimmy Kimmel, MLB possibly returning, and Bill's willingness to piss off everyone rather than try to please them. (UNCENSORED)

Nick Preciado joins us from Las Vegas! He grew up in southern California but will fill us in on what it's like moving to the bright lights in the desert. He has plenty of memories from KYL and RHP to discuss as well.
