Rick Denzien is a singer, songwriter, and studio technician hailing from Buffalo, New York (currently residing in the Philadelphia, Pa. area). The artist takes to the stage a mix of sharp songs from the edges. Described as ‘rock-n-extreme folk’, his song “Go Out and Play” is a rallying cry for over-worked ordinary citizens, over-burdened by the daily worries and stresses of early 21st century life.

Episode 7 guest is Kristin Summers a Music Supervisor with multiple major credits and Adjunct Professor of Music Supervision In Film & TV at Belmont University. We discuss how Kristin decided to start into Music Supervisor and their path led to where they are today.

Kristin has worked with tv shows, live tv, CBS’s “The Talk”, awards shows, podcasts, made for tv movies, and music publishing with Heavy Hitters. She has also worked with artists to shape their pitch for film and tv clients, reached out to music supervisors, editors and agencies.

Singer/songwriter, bassist, and multi-instrumentalist Erik Kramer performs his original music under the moniker of ‘The Erik Kramer Band’. Erik is a member of ‘Uprooted’ (featuring Michael Glabicki of ‘Rusted Root’),and several other bands. Some of the bands that he is currently performing with are … 'Rosemeat', ‘Odessey Lab’, ‘Darlingtyn’, ‘Paul Giess Group’,Taylor Kelly, ‘Jacopo and the Late Saints’, ‘Tubey Frank’, and Townstreet Criers’. He performs as a session player and sideman with many other artists. Steve Addabbo is best known as a Grammy winning producer, musician, writer, arranger, recording

engineer and owner of Shelter Island Sound recording studio in New York City who helped launch

the careers of Suzanne Vega and Shawn Colvin. He had a vital hand in Vega's hit single, "Luka" and

Colvin's album Steady On.

He has produced and/or engineered for artists including Bobby McFerrin, Bob Dylan, Eric Andersen,

Loudon Wainwright III, Jeff Buckley, Jane Olivor, Olivia Newton-John, The Manhattans and Dar Williams.

Addabbo is also an acclaimed mix engineer who has, among other projects, mixed the Bob Dylan box sets

Bootleg 10: Another Self Portrait[5] and Bootleg 12: The Cutting Edge for which he received a Grammy Award.

More recently he has mixed the Dylan Bootleg 13, Trouble No More and Bootleg 14, More Blood, More Tracks

He owns Shelter Island Sound Studios[6] located in Manhattan, New York.

Addabbo released his first full-length album Out of Nothing in 2016, 14 songs written or co-written by him.

Recent projects include Richard Barone's Sorrows and Promises: Greenwich Village in the 60s and

the Robby Romero track "Born on the REZ" recorded with Dennis Banks, Robert Mirabal and

Kris Kristoffersen honoring the Standing Rock Movement.

A nice discussion with Lady C/Crystal Caldwell, music journalist for "Let's Talk Blues N R&B Entertainment". Raised on Blues music, Lady C finds herself traveling around the USA after winning a Blues radio contest. Not only is she in 7th heaven reporting on the shows she is covering, Lady C  becomes a champion for rising local music talent, helping to place them in national shows. Think that's impressive?
