Useful guide to the power of conversations and how to conduct powerful conversations
I read this almost 10 years ago, prepared notes for an executive roundtable, recently 'found' these, thought they may be useful to anyone contemplating reading. This is a redacted summary of select messages.
Conducting a powerful conversation is but one tool in the behavioral toolbox, but it is an important one. This is one methodology, deserves more than 4 stars, less than 5.
