helping me to handle my stress
As per my experience, meditation is as essential as food in our life. Sometime, we may feel, we are healthy and meditation is not required. But life is not certain, there will be ups and down. As a result, we will develop stress, anxiety, etc. If we are aware of meditation techniques, we can use prevent the damage. This is my experience. I knew meditation techniques but as I was busy in my life, I just forgot about it. I realized the importance of meditation, when I developed stress and it started ruining my personal life. So, got this book to practice meditation techniques.
