Easy to read and follow
Living in the present moment is crucial for a life of wellness and self awareness. Most people in today's hectic fast paced life are too busy to stop and live in the "now". Instead most are projecting their minds to the future or dwelling on the past, which as we know is only living in a fantasy world. We only have the present moment, and after reading this gem of a book, it reinforces the principles of taking time to meditate and live in the moment. Watch your own breathing, and consider watching your mind as it races with constant thoughts. Easy to read and follow, I recommend this short book for all who want more self fulfillment and a more peaceful life. Highly recommend.

Easy Read with A Lot of Helpful Tips and Info
I've gotta say, at first I wasn't sure if this book would be helpful at all. I suffer from anxiety and a lot of stress, and unfortunately many things I've tried to implement into my life haven't worked as well as I've hoped. This book was filled with a lot of helpful tips and information to overpower life impacting anxiety. It's a fairly quick read, but that didn't take away from the amount of beneficial content. There's a lot of things in our daily life that we simply forget to be 'mindful' of. Things that can make a world of difference. Overall, I'm happy with this read.

Catherine Vonn's book on Mindfulness provides both powerful and simple techniques to gain inner peace through the process of just being present in the here and now. When the techniques are applied on a regular basis, true happiness and contentment just happen. Anxiety, depression, thoughts of anger and judgment simply dissipate and one's whole outlook on life changes in countless positive ways.
