Clear yout head of stress.
A great book, I benefited a lot from it. I have always been much of a close-minded person and have always seen things my way. However, my view on life has changed dramatically after reading this book. My life has changed to the better.It's an encouraging read for the most part and one that everybody should read, especially those who might be going through stressful moments in his or her lives.I highly recommend this book and I will definitely read more from Robert Norman.

A Helpful Guide for Beginners.
This book has touched me in a lot of ways. The author was able to explain the benefits of meditation and most importantly relate the reasons why we need it. Tips are simple to follow and Iâve learn a lot from this book. I am definitely going to use the content in this book to be more mindful.I feel this book is a very good read if you're wanting to start afresh and improve your life.
