“I can pretty much be defined using four C’s... Coaching, CrossFit, Coffee and Carbohydrates. I’ve always had a passion for being athletic in someway. I trained as a professional contemporary dancer, played rugby to county level and three I found CrossFit. I believe every woman deserves to unlock their true potential and to feel stronger, leaner and more confident. Coaching allows me to empower other women and embark upon the same journey I had and become a badass and fall in love pursuing the best version of themselves.”
Harley is an athlete and has competed in olympic lifting, she played netball to a high level.
She started a new personal Training business throughout lockdown with her best friend Dani. TTP Coaching and they both have BIG PLANS!
Some of you may know Harley for being "that girl off the puregym work outs" She never wanted the normal 9-5, and wanted to be in a job that she loved doing and thats exactly what this queen is dong!

We will be joined by the incredible Lucy Peaty, she is a GB American footballer and weightlifter.
She has played American football since the age of 14 alongside males and females. Shes met some amazing people during her time in the sport who motivate her everyday.
“Whilst trying to get stronger for American football developed a passion for weightlifting. Through weightlifting I have also met some amazing people, including Tammy!”
Looking forward , Lucy hopes to continue to progress in both disciplines. She has started an Instagram page @lucypeatyfitness to document her progress for both the physical and mental side of her life!

As March sees the celebration of international women’s day I will be kicking off this weeks episode with a a woman that has inspired me throughout my life!!
The amazing Cherry Brown. Was my dance teacher from the age of 14 and this woman supported me so much!!
She gave me a purpose in my life, an outlet to deal with my troubles and so much more!
If it wasn’t for this woman I wouldn’t be half the woman I am today!
16 years on and she’s still delivering dance in my community and doing the same thing for even more kids in my area!
Tom is a professional Mixed Martial Artist based in Middleton, who is fast becoming a well known figure of the local community for representing the sport nationally.
He is a is a professional Mixed martial artist (MMA is also known as Cage Fighting). Alongside this he competes in BJJ both being full-contact high combat sports.
Kyle is an online coach with the mission of helping committed people lose body fat, build muscle and improve their confidence.
He has gone through his own physical as well as mental transformations which have moulded him into someone who wants to see everyone on succeed.
Kyle has overcome hurdles revolving around depression, body dysmorphia, confidence and feelings of anxiety and believes his story relates to the experiences of many people out there.
It is kyles passion to inspire as many people as possible to become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally.
