Have you ever been in a situation where someone trusts you as their confidant when life seems to be draining them down? They open up to you about their relationships, work, emotions, and other stresses their lives place on them day in and day out. Although those situations may be awkward at times and you may feel clueless as to how you can truly help, there is always a good way about getting through the process.
If you continuously make your presence felt, you can show to that person that you're there to help and are willing to make the difference needed. Take your actions, emotions, and thoughts further than ever before and make your presence known!
Thanks for listening to today's episode and thanks to Olso for making the music heard on the podcast.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO GET OVER YOURSELF!
Have you ever started a job, relationship, routine, or project and eventually thought to yourself, "Why am I even doing this?" When we first start out on a new exciting challenge, our bodies and brains are equipped and prepared to face unknown circumstances. However, the catch is that over time, we begin to question our decisions entirely. We begin to lose site of the reasons we first set out on our own unique and individualized journeys and question if it's still even the right path for us.
In today's episode of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, we are diving into the reason why. Why did you make that goal? Why did you get into that relationship? Why are you still working that tough job? Why, why, why?
Thanks for listening and feel free to rate the show and share it with a friend. Also, a huge shoutout always to my main man, Olso, for creating the music heard here on the podcast. Make sure to check him out on all major music streaming platforms.
ALWAYS REMEMBER TO GET OVER YOURSELF
Have you ever been traveling down the road when you see a sign that warns of an oncoming speedbump? On most cases, drivers tend to realize that speedbumps are merely a part of driving. In some instances however, speedbumps can become a major hinderance inside of our driving patterns. In fact, some people will swerve all over the road in an effort to not get disrupted by the speedbump.
In today's episode of the podcast, I'll be leading us through the conversation of what the speedbumps of life really look like and how we can enjoy them rather than try and avoid them!
A huge shoutout always goes to my friend, Olso. Thank you for the music on the show.
Also a huge shoutout to my audience. I appreciate you (even though I don't personally know many of you) and want to always remind you to GET OVER YOURSELF!
Have you ever been waiting in line to grab your morning coffee or your afternoon lunch at your favorite fast-food chain? Now, imagine that moment. You see the menu, you have your order on the tip of your tongue and your money bursting out of your hand... then the weirdo who just walked into the store cuts you off in line.
Well, as silly as that may sound, it's actually quite irritating sometimes. So in today's episode, Robbie Swale and I dive into the concept of waving past the little things in life that can bring us down and how we can remain at a happier state of mind.
Thanks for listening and always remember to GET OVER YOURSELF

Have you ever wondered what your life would look like if you constatnly tried to prove others wrong? You'd be proving them wrong about the picture they've painted of you, of how hard you work, of your beliefs, of your faith, and of who you are. Proving people wrong can sometimes feel like the perfect sense of victory, but it's not always rainbows and sunshine.
In today's episode of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, listen to hear guest speaker Basma AlGhamdi explain how her life went after all she tried to do was proving people wrong about her. Although it brought her great success and professional excellence, it wasn't the life that she knew she wanted and strived for.
Here is a message from Basma herself:
