In today's episode of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, Brandon Davis interviews Entrepreneur, Scott Evanson. Scott has a very unique outlook on the meanings of business and what it truly means to be successful. Although he's started and invested in multiple companies that have surpassed millions of dollars in revenue, Scott still holds many of his core values back to basic human needs.
After a life of so much hard work, trial, and success, you would think Scott may just like to sit back and relax in it all. Quite the contrary. Scott is still passionate towards helping young companies grow as well as helping your everyday man or women find a greater sense of purpose. Despite the thousands of things Scott can be doing in his day to make money, you'll never see him shy away from a good service opportunity.
Throughout the interview, Brandon asks Scott all sorts of engaging questions about how he became the man that he is. Through the rigorous playing field of business, to the amount of service Scott renders in his church as well as in the community, there is so much to be learned.

Sports is one of the most amazing things on planet Earth. It's a competition that drives 1 or more parties to push themselves beyond their capacities, limits, and inner-doubt to become something more. Sports are something that touches the lives of many, whether that be through playing at some point in your life, watching, or coaching. No matter what the sport is, excitement can be felt and principles can be learned.
In today's episode of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, Brandon interviews Jarrod Robertson (AKA Coach Rhino). Rhino, like most youth in the USA, fell in love with sports at a young age. Between football, baseball, and basketball, Rhino always had some sort of game, scrimmage, or practice going on... until one day he didn't. Like most people on this Earth, Rhino was devastated the last time he played sports, but he didn't let it end on his senior night. Rhino decided to start coaching later in his life and never looked back.
Listen to today's episode to hear Rhino's stories while being a sports coach and press your attention towards the lessons he learned on the field, which later he learned could be applied to off the field as well.

Today's episode is potentially too sweet to handle for some of our listeners ;). Brandon Davis, host of the Get Over Yourself Podcast, interviewed the owner of Dirty Dough cookies. If you haven't been keeping up with the news lately, Dirty Dough is currently being sued by their larger and more obvious competitor, Crumbl Cookies. In today's episode, Brandon asks Bennett Maxwell about the successes and failures he's seen inside his journey of being an entrepreneur and how despite the fact that they are getting sued, how Dirty Dough continues to be growing at a rapid pace.
On the same note, Brandon dives deep into the topic of wellness and mental health awareness with Bennett. Bennett has 3 younger kids and recognized early on in his stage of being a father that kids these days are more susceptible to mental health concerns due to social media. As Bennet was trying to discover ways in which he could help the cause, he realized that a cookie company could actually help. Through Dirty Dough's messages of self-acceptance, looking on the inner appearance rather than the beauty of the outward appearance, and opening up wellness centers with each franchised location, they truly are trying to help the Mental Health Crisis around the world.
