For me this was reinforcing ideas from many management courses, possibly developed from John Adair originally. Whilst listening I would recommend a pen and paper or learn how to bookmark specific points in the text.

Is there anything you would change about this book?

it would be nice to be able to actually listen to the book. The fact it has "problem connecting to server, try again later" is not what I would consider top performance. Unfortunately I am really disappointed with this whole experience.
