Therefore the content is discussing how trusts work, I feel that because it's not current, it's somewhat misleading nowadays and where guidance is being given on such topics, it should be new. you need to write a new book with todays applications of trusts. otherwise the style of the book is great.

Unfortunately, by their own admission, this audiobook does not cover all necessary topics as outlined. It is a seminar and they take questions from those in attendance, between the audio (which is awful) and the format this is a waste of money, there are other books/audio books try them.
