good ideas

Basic good practices if one really has the intention to consider others. An egoic personality wanting from others the enhansement of their own credibility, and wanting from others the the recognition of leadership will probably miss many of the critical lessons if there is any intention to listen in order to "manipulate" workers better. I suggest honest self reflection in order to get the most out of what the author has to give.

The author did a great job of using textbook references and vocabulary in performing an SWOT analysis on a well-known corporation. The author does a great job of leaving SWOT analyses open ended so that it can be applied to any and every organization.
